Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of theauctores.com (the “Site”) and the services described on it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Using the Site
The Site provides information about The Auctores and the services we offer. You may browse, share, and link to the content for personal or legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:
- Disrupt or attempt to compromise the security of the Site or our integrations.
- Use automated tools to scrape large amounts of content.
- Abuse the AI chat assistant by sending malicious, illegal, or excessive volumes of requests.
- Misrepresent yourself when submitting contact forms or booking calls.
The AI chat assistant
The AI chat on the “Find Your Best Option” page is designed to help you understand our services and recommend a starting package. It is an automated assistant; its responses are informational and do not create a contract or commitment from The Auctores. Any specific scope, pricing, or guarantees are agreed separately in writing with our team.
Bookings, quotes, and commercial terms
Booking a 15-minute call via the Site does not constitute a contract for services. Pricing displayed on the Site is indicative and may be updated at any time. Final scope, pricing, and deliverables for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.
Intellectual property
The content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the structure of the Site — is owned by The Auctores or used with permission. The “The Auctores™” name and logo are trademarks of The Auctores. You may not reproduce them in a way that implies endorsement without prior written consent.
Third-party services
The Site embeds or links to third-party services (including Calendly, OpenAI, Supabase, Sanity, and others). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. The Auctores is not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the Site running well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content is free of errors. Information on the Site is for general information and does not constitute professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Auctores is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
